Child Dedication
The child dedication service is truly a parent commitment service. It's the parent's promise to offer their child to the Lord and to dedicate them to rearing the child for the glory of God. The program helps parents realize that their children are a gift from God and it hopes to challenge and assist parents to be examples in service and worship for their children. Refreshments are served and each child will receive a picture and certificate. Our child dedication service is held two times a year. For more information, please call (276) 238-8800

Child Baptism
Please Note: First Step Class is a pre-requisite for Baptism

First Step
This class is offered for children grades 3-6. Children who want to know more about accepting Christ as their Savior are invited to attend First Step Class. The plan of salvation and baptism are explained and children have a brief interview with a Kidz Cove staff member at the conclusion of the class. Classes are held every other month on Sunday during a service time. First Step is a pre-requisite for baptism at Blue Ridge Church and a parent is required to attend with their child. Registration is not required.
