CLASS 101
Fellowship
Message From Pastor Scott
I would like to invite you to CLASS 101. You don’t have to become a member to attend
it–it’s just for your information. In CLASS 101, we will explain what we believe, how
we operate, and the history of our church.
What is C.L.A.S.S?
God wants you to take your next step spiritually. That could mean getting baptized,
committing to take time to dig into the Bible on a daily basis, or maybe God wants you
to see what His Word has to say about why you exist. Blue Ridge's CLASS system is all
about those next steps.
How Does it Work?
Imagine a baseball diamond. At first base, our membership class, you’ll get the foundation
of our CLASS series. Then head to second base, where you’ll find the tools to develop a
closer relationship with God. Then third base, you’ll begin to see how God specifically
SHAPE’d you for ministry (Spiritual gifts, Heart, Abilities, Personality and Experience).
As you head for home plate, CLASS 401, will help you discover your life’s mission of
sharing God with the world.
Church Membership
If you are interested in joining Blue Ridge Fellowship or would like to know more about
us, this is the class for you. You will enjoy hearing Pastor Scott tell the story of Blue
Ridge Fellowship, our purpose, our strategy, our beliefs and our vision for the future.
This class is offered on a regular basis and is a requirement for membership.
Baptism
If you have accepted Jesus Christ as your Savior and now wish to take the next step,
you can do so by following His command to be baptized.
Small Groups
You were made for God's family! To be all of what God designed you to be, you need to
be connected with others in your church family. If you are not in a small group already,
get involved today.
